i had such high hopes for this hotel, but was sadly disapointed. my room faced a noisy road instead of the lovely pool view i imagined. breakfast was practically empty at 9AM, and the so-called wellness area was overpriced. i expected an upgrade due to these inconveniences but was met with indifference. i just couldn't give a better review.

Spacious suites make for a comfortable stay, featuring decent amenities. The photos of the hotel match what’s on their website, so the visuals align with the expectations.

I booked a suite with a terrace for a pool view but got stuck with a room facing the road instead. The tiny bathroom had no air conditioning, a small window with some mould buildup, and the parasols around the pool felt unsafe during wind gusts. The wine served during lunch was in a plastic glass and looked more like a kiddie portion than a proper serving.

we had a little issue with noise from parties at night. but the staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to help. breakfast offered a wonderful selection of traditional sicilian food. the views from our room were just stunning.
